Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses MetricsPro. Its purpose is simple: the platform holds other people's commercial and personal data, and it has to stay safe to use.
1. Do not use MetricsPro to
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Store or transmit material you have no right to, or that infringes someone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Monitor, record or track any person without the notices and consents the law requires — this includes employees, job applicants, contractors and members of the public.
- Capture audio recordings of conversations without the consent every applicable jurisdiction requires.
- Place cameras where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, including restrooms and changing areas.
- Send unsolicited marketing, spam, or messages to people who have not consented or who have opted out.
- Store payment card numbers, full Social Security numbers, health records, or other sensitive data the platform is not designed to hold.
- Access an account, a store, a market or a record you have not been granted access to, or share credentials to work around a permission.
- Upload malware, or anything designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to a system.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our prior written permission; overload it; evade rate limits; or scrape it by automated means outside the interfaces we provide.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate anyone.
- Resell, sublicense or provide access to a third party, or use the platform to evaluate or build a competing product.
2. Your account, your responsibility
You are responsible for what your administrators and users do. Grant the least access that lets someone do their job, review permissions periodically, and remove access the day someone leaves.
3. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse or a suspected security issue to sales@itsolutionsli.com. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us before telling anyone else and give us a reasonable chance to fix it; we will not pursue good-faith researchers who follow that path and who do not access, alter or exfiltrate other people's data.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report conduct to law enforcement. Where practical we will contact you first, but a serious or ongoing threat may require us to act immediately.
