Service Providers

Effective: August 22, 2026 · Last updated: August 22, 2026

We use the categories of provider below to operate MetricsPro. Each processes data only to perform its function, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. This is the list referred to in our Privacy Policy.

Why categories rather than company names. Publishing a confirmed list of the vendors a company depends on does not make its customers safer. What it reliably does is help someone impersonate one of those vendors in a phishing attempt aimed at us or at you. So we publish what each provider category does and what data it touches — the part that actually matters to you — and give the specific names, with whatever detail your due diligence needs, on request. We also name them in any data processing addendum we sign.

Asking for the names

Customers, prospective customers and their advisors can have the full named list, with each provider’s role and processing location, by writing to sales@itsolutionsli.com. No agreement is required for us to answer that.

Changes to this list

We may add or replace a provider as the platform changes. We will update this page and, where a customer agreement requires advance notice of a new subprocessor, give that notice before the new provider begins processing. To join that notification list, or to object where your agreement gives you that right, write to sales@itsolutionsli.com.
